Cannot access You Tube access, security, settings, message, enabled

Suddenly, I cannot access You Tube. I get the message that either I hav turned off Java or do not have the latest Flash Player. Neither is the case -I have even downloaded and installed the latest versions of both. Checked IE7's Tools and security settings and ensured all are enabled. Still the same message comes up.

Any suggestions please.

I have Win Vista Home Premium amp; IE7                    
      

I was locked out of quot; You Tube quot; once and found the problem to be the parental control settings for my user account.                    
      

Thanks. I don't think that is my problem as I don't have any parental controls set up - but I'll look.  Strangely, I have no problem on my desktop computer (WinXP) and have checked the security options on my laptop against those on the PC and they are virtually identical.
Oh well!!
