intake combined with tornado?
Just wondering if it will help with the performance of the intake, hehe.
Hope your joking.....
noob
how about instead of flaming, tell him why its a snake oil product.
If the tornado actually does what it advertises, all it will do is give a low end boost at the sacrfice of high end. End of story, at high RPM it is a restriction in the intake path and will reduce performance.
This is twice as bad for high reving, low displacement imports because all of the power is made in the high end.
Just get a quality intake, if you want to do more you could wrap it in a heat resistant blanket.
Tornado works...
Dynotested 6hp to the wheels with one installed before the throttlebody
and another 2 hp when i installed a larger one right after my KN filter(Iceman competiton setup) better gas mileage as well...
Proven to work...

Proven by whos standards?
Damn just get a turbo and boost it, dont mess around with cheap thrills.

if you say so...
my little bro has one on his 92 integra(given to him for free of course) and it does give little boost at low RPMs but at high RPMs, it was worse than when he had his stock intake. so think twice before getting something that's made of aluminum foil and cost somewhere between $80-100. |
